We collaborate closely with partners across the country and support them with our wide range of services. For example, this may be spot or larger scale bookings in our care and nursing homes, discharge to assess, reablement and respite services, or special projects tailored to meet the specific requirements of a community or partner.
It may also mean longer term arrangements, such as delivering care for supported living and extra care schemes or operating care and nursing homes. We provide cost effective solutions for our partners, and help them build capacity, deliver results and meet targets.
We work together to ultimately improve outcomes for those we care for and support – be it reducing time spent in hospital before returning home, regaining freedom and confidence, or gaining valuable skills and support to live as independently as possible.
Our experienced and skilled teams deliver high-quality specialist care, including nursing, tailored to those we support, such as people living with dementia, a learning disability, acquired brain injury, mental health, autism and life-limiting illnesses. Our expert clinical leads ensure that our teams receive the best possible bespoke training to support people, even where complex conditions are involved.
